As everything starts from the inside out, eating a balanced, healthy and varied diet is necessary in order to gain the necessary nutrients to helping your body feel energised, looking and feeling your best.
Our 3S Food plan is a simple design to help you include all the food groups necessary to provide the essential nutrients, such to help you stay well, healthy and energised. 3S stands for Smoothie, Salad & Soup/Stew.
Orange Moon’s services are always designed with ‘you’ at the centre, so your 3S Food Plan can be tailored around your food preferences, so you can achieve your health goals, whilst still eating the foods you enjoy. You won’t need to consume any diet pills, exclude food groups, total any points or drink your meals!

Please note – This is NOT a weight loss diet (although up to 3lbs per week on average have been reported in combination with exercise). The 3S Food Plan is suitable for vegan right through to meat eaters. We advocate our 3S Food Plan with an active and stress-free lifestyle!
